The perfect mix of cardio and core.
XT (Xformer™ & Tread)25 minutes of Xformer™ low-impact, high-intensity moves that target your core, glutes, and legs.
25 minutes of treadmill intervals on our state-of-the-art Woodway Treads to elevate your heart rate and endurance.
This class is fast-paced, sweaty, and energizing— a full-body burn that strengthens and sculpts while building serious stamina.
50 Minutes -
XS
sculpt, strengthen, and tone
XS (Xformer™ & Strength)25 minutes of Xformer™ deep core engagement, controlled movement, and intense sculpting.
25 minutes of heavy strength training off the machine using free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment.
Designed to build lean muscle, improve flexibility, and increase power—this class is slower in pace, but strong in results.
