Introducing Between Sets: A Community Project by Innerverse
Where practice becomes personal.
Between Sets is a series dedicated to the moments between the work. Where women are documented not at their strongest, but at their most present. Because how you return matters more than how you perform.
And we want to feature you between sets.
WHO THIS IS FOR?
This project is for Innerverse members ONLY
Between Sets is open exclusively to women within the Innerverse community. You must hold an active monthly membership with Innerverse to apply and participate.
What it means to be featured
Each month, one Innerverse member is selected to be featured in Between Sets — a short-form documentary series produced in collaboration with Innerverse.
If selected, you can expect:
A full-day production (approximately 6–8 hours)
Filming inside and outside of the studio (think filming one class, on the way to work, grocery stores etc. we basically follow you around)
Observational footage, conversation, and moments of real life
Light direction and scripts provided
THE CONTENT + COLLABORATION
Your feature will live across Innerverse platforms for one month, including:
Social media (short films, clips, stills)
Website + editorial placements
Community storytelling across Innerverse channels
